V&S Sessions Audition Terms and Conditions

By submitting this audition form, you (the "Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Content Ownership: Max Studiox retains all rights to any audio and video content created during the V&S sessions, including your performance. This includes but is not limited to recording, reproduction, distribution, public performance, and digital streaming rights.

2. License and Consent: You hereby grant Max Studiox an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, edit, modify, and monetize your performance in any format, including but not limited to YouTube and other social media platforms, without any compensation to you.

3. Use of Name and Likeness: By participating, you consent to the use of your name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical information for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes related to V&S sessions without any compensation. 4. No Payment or Compensation: Participation in V&S sessions is voluntary, and no payment or compensation will be provided to you for your performance or any subsequent use of the recorded content.

5. Warranties and Representations: You represent and warrant that you have the full right and authority to enter into this agreement and grant the rights herein. You also confirm that your performance is original and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Max Studiox and all associated parties from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from any breach of your representations, warranties, or obligations under these terms.

7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Nigeria].

8. Acceptance: By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
